WHERE I COME FROM
Tiffany Fulton comes from Harlem — not just the place, but the pulse of it. Raised in a community rich in culture, resilience, and brilliance, she witnessed both the beauty and the brokenness that shaped generations. From early on, she understood that too many voices in her neighborhood went unheard — children navigating trauma, families facing hardship, young people full of potential but lacking access. As a mother, author, community advocate, and faith-driven leader, Tiffany turned lived experience into purpose. Silent Voices United, Inc. was born from her belief that every child deserves to be seen, heard, protected, and empowered. Her work is not charity — it is calling. And Harlem is not just where she’s from — it’s who she is.

Tiffany Fulton’s career is not defined by titles — it is defined by transformation. A bestselling author, publisher, sports advocate, and nonprofit executive, she has built a legacy at the intersection of culture, education, and athletic empowerment. Through Silent Voices United, Inc., she has created platforms where literacy meets leadership, arts meet activism, and sports — particularly youth boxing and athletic development — become vehicles for discipline, confidence, and economic opportunity. Her work is rooted in Harlem’s rich history of resilience and excellence, and driven by a commitment to ensuring that the next generation does not just survive, but lead. Collaborating with educators, coaches, artists, and civic partners, she has positioned Silent Voices United as more than an organization — it is a movement. One that strengthens minds, sharpens character, builds champions in and out of the ring, and plants seeds for generational impact. This is not simply a career. It is legacy in action.

Long before Silent Voices United Inc. was formally incorporated in 2008, the work had already begun—advocating, educating, organizing, speaking up, and standing alongside people whose concerns too often went unheard.
Today, Silent Voices United Inc. is a Harlem-rooted 501(c)(3) nonprofit carrying forward a legacy of grassroots service built on one powerful belief: every person deserves to be heard, valued, protected, and given the opportunity to thrive.
OUR MISSION IS TO TURN VOICES INTO ACTION.
We empower children, youth, families, seniors, and underserved communities by transforming community concerns into meaningful programs, resources, advocacy, education, and opportunities.
Through literacy, youth development, arts and culture, violence prevention, health and safety awareness, senior engagement, civic advocacy, mentorship, and community outreach, we work to remove barriers, open doors, strengthen communities, and create pathways toward brighter futures.
Silent Voices United does more than identify problems—we respond. When young people need opportunity, we create it. When families need resources, we connect them. When seniors need support and inclusion, we make space for them. When communities are excluded from decisions affecting their neighborhoods, we organize and advocate. And when voices are ignored, we help make them impossible to overlook.
From grassroots advocacy to the halls of government, our work demonstrates what can happen when community voices are transformed into collective action. Silent Voices United's leadership and initiatives have been recognized publicly for youth empowerment, mentoring, safety resources, literacy, and community betterment.
