Tiffany Fulton comes from Harlem — not just the place, but the pulse of it. Raised in a community rich in culture, resilience, and brilliance, she witnessed both the beauty and the brokenness that shaped generations. From early on, she understood that too many voices in her neighborhood went unheard — children navigating trauma, families facing hardship, young people full of potential but lacking access. As a mother, author, community advocate, and faith-driven leader, Tiffany turned lived experience into purpose. Silent Voices United, Inc. was born from her belief that every child deserves to be seen, heard, protected, and empowered. Her work is not charity — it is calling. And Harlem is not just where she’s from — it’s who she is.
